Raw Bean Orientalia Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1/3 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage

1 cup crisp bean sprouts

1/3 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1 cup tender China peas

Lettuce leaves

 

Method:

  • Mix together all ingredients, except lettuce.

  • Place lettuce leaves on salad plates or platter.

  • Turn salad onto lettuce leaves.

  • Pour any desired dressing over this main dish.

  • Bean sprouts may steamed 10 minutes and then chilled if one is unaccustomed to the superior raw bean flavor.
