Ingredients:
1 cup Blue Lake Green Beans
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Vegetized salt
Method:

Rinse the beans in cold water and
drain; add the onion, apple cider vinegar, and vegetized slat.

Let "cook" by standing for 60 minutes.

Drain.

Add enough salad dressing to generously
coat the beans and now mash into burgers,

Serve with raw, green salad.
