Raw Beanburgers Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup Blue Lake Green Beans

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp salad oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Vegetized salt

 

Method:

  • Rinse the beans in cold water and drain; add the onion, apple cider vinegar, and vegetized slat.

  • Let "cook" by standing for 60 minutes.

  • Drain.

  • Add enough salad dressing to generously coat the beans and now mash into burgers,

  • Serve with raw, green salad.
