Stuffed Papaya Supper Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 whole papaya

2 oranges, peeled and diced

1 cup pineapple chunks

 

Method:

  • Slice papaya in half.

  • Remove seeds.

  • Then mix together remaining ingredients and use for a stuffing.

  • Sprinkle with fresh, grated coconut flakes or garnish with seasonal berries.

  • Makes a body-building supper dish, as raw as Nature intended it to be, rich in natural vitamins, minerals, and unsaturated fatty acids.
