Suncooked Whole Grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 cups of 6 varieties of whole grains

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Grape juice

Sesame seeds

 

Method:

  • Let grains soak 48 hours.

  • Dry.

  • Put through grain mill, add vegetable oil and grape juice to roll into thin layers.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on board to prevent sticking.

  • Slice into wedges.

  • Set out in hot sunshine until dry.

  • The sun will cook this highly nutritious bread.
