Ingredients:
2 cups of 6 varieties of whole grains
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Grape juice
Sesame seeds
Method:

Let grains soak 48 hours.

Dry.

Put through grain mill, add vegetable
oil and grape juice to roll into thin layers.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on board to
prevent sticking.

Slice into wedges.

Set out in hot sunshine until dry.

The sun will cook this highly
nutritious bread.
