Ingredients:
1 cup thick beans or peas
1 finely shredded onion
3 sprigs parsley, minced fine
1/4 tsp soy sauce
Method:

Mash beans (whether limas, split peas,
pintos, garabanzos, navy beans, etc.) into a creamy consistency.

Then mix in the other ingredients.

Drop by spoonfuls into a plate of whole
grain bread crumbs.

Roll into shape of cutlets.

Put on oiled pan.

Slip under the broiler for just a few
seconds to brown the crumbs.
