Unfired Vegetable Broth Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3 cups finely chopped celery

3 cups grated carrots

1 cup parsley, chopped fine

1/4 cup green onion, chopped fine

1/2 tsp vegetable salt

 

Method:

  • Stir together in 2 quarts of water and let blend together.

  • Strain and add 1 cup tomato juice.

  • Delicious when served at room temperature.
