Lamb Delight Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 lb stew lamb, in cubes

1 tbsp soya flour

2 tbsp peanut oil

1 medium-sized onion, sliced

1/2 cup tangy, fresh orange juice

 

Method:

  • Coat lamb cubes with flour.

  • Heat peanut oil in skillet; add lamb and brown on all sides.

  • Add onion and steam 2 minutes or until tender.

  • Add other ingredients.

  • Simmer in a covered skillet until lamb is tender, about 60 minutes.

  • Peek in the skillet occasionally; if mixture is dry, simply add some water to desired consistency.
