1/2 stick margarine
1 lb squash, sliced
1 cup diced green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
Heat margarine in large skillet.
Steam squash, green pepper, and garlic in melted margarine until almost tender.
Stir occasionally.
Add mushrooms and pepper.
Steam about 10 more minutes; stir occasionally until all vegetables are tender.
Serve steaming hot.
