Spiced Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1/2 stick margarine

1 lb squash, sliced

1 cup diced green pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/2 lb sliced mushrooms

 

Method:

  • Heat margarine in large skillet.

  • Steam squash, green pepper, and garlic in melted margarine until almost tender.

  • Stir occasionally.

  • Add mushrooms and pepper.

  • Steam about 10 more minutes; stir occasionally until all vegetables are tender.

  • Serve steaming hot.
