Zucchini Zesty Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs zucchini squash

1/4 cup margarine

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp sweet basil

 

Method:

  • Thoroughly wash zucchini squash.

  • Cut off ends, but do not pare.

  • Slice crosswise.

  • Heat and melt margarine in large skillet.

  • Add zucchini squash, minced garlic, and sweet basil.

  • Steam and stir occasionally until squash is tender.

  • Serve piping hot.
