Ingredients:
2 lbs zucchini squash
1/4 cup margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sweet basil
Method:

Thoroughly wash zucchini squash.

Cut off ends, but do not pare.

Slice crosswise.

Heat and melt margarine in large
skillet.

Add zucchini squash, minced garlic, and
sweet basil.

Steam and stir occasionally until
squash is tender.

Serve piping hot.
