Ingredients:
2 lbs cod fillets or other fish fillets
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp melted fat or oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup skim milk
Paprika
Method:

Skin fillets and place in a single
layer in an oiled baking dish.

Cook the celery and onion in oil for 5
minutes.

Stir in seasonings and milk.

Spread over fish.

Bake in moderate oven 350oF for 25 to
30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork tested.

Sprinkle with paprika.
