Cod Curry Bombay Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs cod fillets or other fish fillets

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 cup thinly sliced onion

1 tbsp melted fat or oil

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp sea salt

3/4 cup skim milk

Paprika

 

 

Method:

  • Skin fillets and place in a single layer in an oiled baking dish.

  • Cook the celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes.

  • Stir in seasonings and milk.

  • Spread over fish.

  • Bake in moderate oven 350oF for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork tested.

  • Sprinkle with paprika.

  • Serves 6.

  • About 140 calories in each serving.
