Key West Lime Luscious Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 lbs fillets

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup lime juice

3 tbsp melted margarine

paprika

lime wedges

 

Method:

  • Skin fillets and cut into serving-size portions.

  • Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Pour lime juice over fish and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once.

  • Remove fish, reserving juice.

  • Place fish on a well-oiled broiler pan.

  • Combine margarine and lime juice.

  • Brush fish with margarine mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

  • Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to minutes or until fish easily when fork-tested.

  • Serve with lime wedges.

  • Serves 6.

  • About 130 calories in each serving.
