Low-Cal Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 tbsp margarine, melted

2 1/4 cups chopped, peeled apple

1/3 cup chopped celery

1/3 cup chopped parsley

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp thyme

 

Method:

  • Cook onion in margarine until tender.

  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  • Makes about 3 cups stuffing.
