Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs fish fillets
1 quart boiling water
1 tbsp sea salt
1/4 cup low-calorie salad dressing
(mayonnaise type)
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp celery salt
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
6 lettuce cups
lemon wedges
Method:

Place fillets in boiling water.

Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or
until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.

Drain.

remove skin and bones; flake.

Combine salad dressing, onion, lemon
juice, sea salt and celery salt, and fish.

Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Add cabbage and toss lightly.

Serve in lettuce cups.

Serve with lemon wedges.
