Striped Bass with Low-Cal Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3 lbs dressed striped bass or other dressed fish

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

low-cal stuffing

2 tbsp oil

lemon wedges

 

Method:

  • Clean, wash and dry fish.

  • Sprinkle inside and out with sea salt.

  • Stuff fish loosely.

  • Close opening with small skewers or toothpicks.

  • Place fish on an oiled bake 'n' serve platter.

  • Brush with oil.

  • Bake in a moderate oven, 350oF, for 40 to 60 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.

  • Remove skewers.

  • Serve with lemon wedges.

  • Serves 6.

  • About 310 calories in each serving.
