Ingredients:
3 lbs dressed striped bass or other
dressed fish
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
low-cal stuffing
2 tbsp oil
lemon wedges
Method:

Clean, wash and dry fish.

Sprinkle inside and out with sea salt.

Stuff fish loosely.

Close opening with small skewers or
toothpicks.

Place fish on an oiled bake 'n' serve
platter.

Brush with oil.

Bake in a moderate oven, 350oF, for 40
to 60 minutes or until fish flakes easily when fork-tested.

Remove skewers.
-
Serve with lemon wedges.
